Refund Policy
Scope of Policy
This refund policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through the Lexu.io platform. Please read this policy carefully before completing any purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions
You may request a full refund within 7 days of subscribing if you have not used any credits. After credits are used or the 7-day period has passed, no refund is available for the current billing cycle.
Annual Subscriptions
We offer a full refund within 14 days of an annual subscription if your usage does not exceed 10% of the allocated credits. Beyond this period, refunds are not available.
Add-on Credits
Additional credit purchases are non-refundable once bought, except in cases of a documented technical error on our part.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a technical issue prevents you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours, you are entitled to compensatory credits or a partial refund proportional to the downtime.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@lexu.io with your account ID and reason for the request. We will respond within 3–5 business days, and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
Suspended Accounts
Refunds will not be granted for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
